All sales are final. No refunds. Due to the health and safety concerns for babies, no returns or exchanges can be accepted. No exception.
Whool products, especially our Fluffy Wool Wraps could have some vegetal material (very few) because it's a natural product, it's not dirt or something that could harm health of anyone.
Orders will ship via express shipping company and tracking information will be sent to you. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items once tracking confirms package is in the shipping company possession. Please know that once your package is accepted by the shipping company, I'm unable to assume responsibility if delayed, lost or stolen.
